Eligibility

At Little Bundles by Mannbhaya, we care about your satisfaction. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may request an exchange or receive Online Store Credit (excluding shipping charges) within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Request an Exchange?

Simply email us at mannbhayastore@gmail.com with your Order ID and details of your request. Our team will guide you step by step.

Time Frame

Exchange/return requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted. Sending Items Back Once your request is approved, you will need to send the item back via courier. We’ll share the return details with you over email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the following situations: If the item is damaged upon receipt If the wrong item is delivered If the item is defective or faulty For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them by emailing mannbhayastore@gmail.com.

Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. All original tags and labels must remain attached. Seasonal items can only be exchanged within the same season’s collection (e.g., summer stock with summer stock).
